A Word About Wood Fired Cooking
Traditional wood fired cooking is an art. Using Cherry, Apple, and Hickory, the oven is heated to 1,000 degrees to quickly make breads and pizzas. The extremely high temperatures leaves food with a distinct char on the outside.
Pizza Margherita: Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, marinara sauce and fresh basil.
Pizza Carnivore: Sopressata, salami, prosciutto, spicy cappicola, pancetta, marinara, and a mozzarella asiago blend.
The House Specialty: Caramelized onions, prosciutto, bleu cheese, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
The Vegetable Pizza: Roasted red peppers, zucchini, portobella, and caramelized onions with marinara and mozzarella.
Pollo Pizza: Roasted chicken, artichokes, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, spicy Italian tomato sauce, and a mozzarella asiago blend.
