Halsey’s offers a full bar with a wide selection of the usual suspects contrasted by specialty spirits, liqueurs, and local additions (like Finger Lakes Distillery Spirits and Montezuma BEE Vodka).  We feature specialty martinis and margaritas, along with some house infusions and an amazing house stewed Bloody Mary with pickled green tomatoes (in season).

Care to try something exotic?  We have Caipirinhas, Mojitos, and fun Italian liqueurs to experience as well.

Halsey’s offers 10 - 20 wines by the glass, many of them local.  Wines by the glass vary frequently to showcase some local favorites and we often delve into some international adventures as well.
